Most information entered into the application is stored locally on your device.

Users can browse cleaning service information and use the cleaning planner without creating an account.

The application does not automatically submit locally saved enquiries to company servers.

4. Local Data Storage

DYNAMIC DUSTERS stores saved requests, favourites, checklist records, and relevant preferences using Android application-private local storage.

This allows users to access their saved information without requiring an account or an online database.

Local information remains on the device until the user deletes it, clears application storage, or uninstalls the application, subject to applicable device behaviour.

5. Email Enquiries and Communication

Users may prepare cleaning enquiries or support messages within the application.

When a user chooses to contact us, the application opens a compatible installed email application with a prepared message.

The user can review, edit, and decide whether to send that message.

Email communication is not transmitted automatically by DYNAMIC DUSTERS.

When an email is sent, the selected email provider processes the message and DYNAMIC DUSTERS LTD may receive the information included in it.

Sending an enquiry does not automatically confirm a booking, service availability, or pricing.

6. Internet Access and Third-Party Images

DYNAMIC DUSTERS uses internet access to display selected cleaning-related images provided through Unsplash image delivery services.

When images load, the image provider may receive technical connection information such as an IP address, user agent, requested image URL, and request time.

Personal enquiry details are not intentionally included in these image requests.

Third-party image providers may process technical information according to their own privacy practices.

7. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable under UK GDPR, DYNAMIC DUSTERS LTD processes enquiries on the following legal bases:

• Pre-contractual steps: Responding to a service enquiry at the user's request.
• Legitimate interests: Managing routine customer communication and support requests.

The application uses Android app-private storage for locally saved information.

Online image requests use HTTPS connections, while external email communication is handled by the email application selected by the user.

We recommend that users protect their devices and avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information into free-text fields.

Although reasonable safeguards are used, no electronic storage or communication system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally saved requests and checklist information remain on the user's device until deleted or until application storage is removed.

Users may delete individual saved enquiries through the My Requests section.

The application's local-data deletion feature removes saved enquiries, favourites, and custom checklist information and resets built-in checklist progress. Certain application preferences may remain.

For enquiries received by email, DYNAMIC DUSTERS LTD retains correspondence only while reasonably necessary to respond, handle an ongoing service relationship, address disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations.

The retention period depends on the purpose and circumstances of the correspondence.

Users can contact info@dynamicdusters.online to request information about retention or deletion of personal information held by the company.

Deleting information inside the application does not automatically delete emails previously sent to the company or retained by the user's email provider.

11. International Data Processing

Third-party image providers and the email service chosen by the user may process information outside the United Kingdom.

Any international transfer of personal information conducted by DYNAMIC DUSTERS LTD will be subject to applicable UK data protection requirements.
